If you do not agree, do not use Drawee. Open a sheet. The Privacy pad covers what rides a spray; this pad covers the license.
These Terms are a contract between you and Drawee for use of the Drawee iOS app. You write a scribble. We add a marker-art style wrap. A third-party image model (Volcengine Visual / Jimeng text-to-image) returns a mural. Finished pieces can sit on your Mine wall. Hall shows bundled sample murals.
Drawee does not provide chat, voice calls, social feeds, or user accounts.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Drawee for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Drawee on devices you own or control, for your own doodling, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where the law says we cannot stop you), rent, or resell the app, or strip our marks to pretend Drawee is yours.
You keep whatever rights you already have in the sentences you type.
You grant Drawee a limited permission to send that scribble (plus our style wrap and frame size) to Volcengine so a mural can be generated, and to store the result on your device.
AI image output can look like existing art, can repeat, and can be wrong or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use a mural, including sharing it. Do not treat a mural as legal, medical, or professional advice. Do not assume a mural is unique or clear of third-party rights.
Hall samples are provided for inspiration. Hiding a Hall piece only hides it on this device.
You agree you will not use Drawee to:
We may refuse a spray or stop providing the app if we believe these rules were broken.
Drawee currently offers a daily ration of five free sprays, counted on your device and reset at local midnight. There is no in-app purchase in this version. We may change the ration, add paid ink later, or pause generation if the third-party service is unavailable.
A confirmed spray spends one ration even if the model fails to return a mural. That limit exists so the shared spray pipe is not abused.
Image generation is performed by Volcengine Visual (ByteDance Volcengine), not by Moonshot AI / Kimi, and not on-device. Their terms and privacy rules apply to the request we send. Drawee is not responsible for outages, safety filters, or quality on that side of the pipe.
iOS system services (Share sheet, and the like) are Apple’s, not ours.
DRAWEE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that a mural will generate, look good, or suit a commercial job.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DRAWEE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE APP OR A MURAL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO DRAWEE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH MAY BE ZERO).
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
You will defend and indemnify Drawee against claims that arise from your scribbles, your murals, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.
We may update these Terms or the app. A new effective date will appear at the top. If you keep using Drawee after a change, you accept the new Terms. You may stop using Drawee at any time and delete the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if the spray pipe can no longer run.
These Terms are the whole agreement for Drawee. If a court strikes one clause, the rest still stands. A missed enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a transfer of the app. Rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law are not waived.
